B22 Subwoofer

The B22 SUB is a high-performance subwoofer engineered for ground-stacked deployment, featuring two 18-inch long excursion drivers within a bandpass horn enclosure. Designed to deliver powerful sound pressure levels with extended low-frequency response, the B22 SUB is well suited to large-scale sound reinforcement environments. In INFRA mode, it enhances low-end performance by complementing other d&b subwoofers and broadening the system’s frequency range. When deployed in groups of three or more, the B22 SUB supports cardioid subwoofer configurations, offering directional control and reducing rear sound dispersion. The cabinet is built from marine-grade plywood and coated with a durable impact-resistant paint. A robust metal grille with acoustically transparent backing protects the front, while four integrated handles on each side enable efficient handling. Rear-mounted wheels improve mobility, and the base includes protective runners. Matching recesses on the top panel ensure secure stacking by preventing cabinet shift during setup or transport.
